Candida, once it becomes systemic, can product a wide variety of symptoms, differing greatly from person to person, depending upon what areas of the body are the weakest and of course many other factors. The best way to begin to understand the many possible symptoms is to take our candida self-evaluation test, which you can download right from this site.
I have to say that for the last few of hours i have been hooked by the impressive articles on this site. Keep up the good work.
Thanks… We try to represent our real life experiences with thousands of individuals on this site. It is gratifying to be able to help people to find their way back to better health by supporting the body's needs.
Is using Appleseed a good away to make it?
Yes Anna. Pop it in Coconut oil and season it with cayenne pepper or turmeric for added benefit.
Hi Deziree, Thank you Yeast live naturally in and on the soil..so cucumbers could contain a lot of yeast since they lay on the soil. Organic, no sugar added canned tomatoes are fine. Alternate grains are ok, but use the ones with the lowest GI index. Again legumes/beans that have a low GI are the best. My preferences are lentils and black beans. All the best
Keep in mind that you don't "eat" candida and what you do consume will not cause this problem. That having been said, certain foods, especially those high in sugars, can make the symptoms seem worse
I scored 244 on your candida questionnaire and I was recently diagnosed with systemic yeast through IgG testing. The symptoms I have are pretty bad…fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and lyme disease on top of that. My doc wants me on Nystatin, Diflucan and probiotics but it sounds from your article that the Nystatin and Diflucan may not be effective and could harm my already hard working liver. I am concerned that if I tried your protocol it may be so effective at killing the yeast in a short period of time that may have megga die off and will feel very very ill in the process (worse than I already do). Is it possible to slow this down a bit? Is taking activated charcoal or Welchol effective in binding up some of this die off and helping with symptoms? Thanks for your time.
Hi. Most people do just fine with the way we have designed the Flush program. However if need be, we can slow the flush down with no problem. We do NOT recommend any other form of detox during the Flush… More is not always better!!!
Hi- I have been experiencing intestinal symptoms for 3mos, and was diagnosed via stool culture 6wks ago w/ Candida overgrowth. My dr treated it totally casual- go on the Candida Diet for a couple weeks, then go on Nystatin, and you'll be all cleared up in no time. I've steadily gotten worse since then- my score on your evaluation was 166! Through all my research into this condition, I've come to realize that I have most likely had an undiagnosed overgrowth for a number of years. 8yrs ago, I had a severe case of Strep throat, which took numerous rounds of antibiotics to resolve. Within 6mos, I had dropped significant weight, was severely anemic and had developed a very mild heart murmur. It took 6mos of 3x/wk iron infusions to bring my blood back up to a normal level- these treatments included IV steroids. I never bounced back 100%, but had a couple of pretty normal years. But 6yrs ago, I started catching every bug out there, started having a chronic cough/sore throat, and suffered form unexplained fatigue. Over the past 3yrs, I have not gone more than 3wks w/out bronchitis- my white count, red count, neutrophils and platelets are always hovering just below normal.
Cont… After years of trying, I was finally able to see an immunologist at UC San Francisco, who did tons of tests thru the Mayo Clinic, and diagnosed me w/ mild Common Variable Immuno-deficiency (CVID)- my testing showed a T-Cell deficiency, low IGG subclass 1, and that I don't have many typical antibodies. One of the antibodies I do not have is Candida, yet I have NEVER had any type of yeast infection prior to this current overgrowth. Even w/ all my illnesses, I have not taken antibiotics for years, nor steroids. Interestingly, I have not had any other illnesses, including the chronic bronchitis, since the Candida symptoms manifested mos ago. My dr and I both wonder if all the immunity issues I've been having are actually related to a systemic Candida infection.
Cont… I have done MASSIVE research into this condition, and truly believe that Peroxide Therapy is the only way to eradicate this overgrowth. Before I order the Flush Kit, I am concerned about the Aloe and the Noni fruit- I have an anaphalactic allergy to avocado, to all melons and to all NSAIDS. Are there any risks for me using this product w/ these allergies? Over the past 8yrs, since the beginning of all these health issues, I have developed several severe food allergies, so am always nervous about new fruits, etc. I would really like to use this treatment, so wondered if you thought it would be safe for me to use this oral treatment, or if I should use the IV therapy, in order to avoid possible allergic reactions? I would appreciate any help you can give! I left a phone message 2 days ago, but thought I would also post here- thank you, thank you!
Most people are not allergic to aloe or noni but it's a good idea to check this out in advance as they are a part of our Oxy Flush product.

I was diagnosed with prostatitis about 3 months ago and have been absolutely miserable. It stated about a week after I had taken a high does z-pack for a upper respitory infection. From all the research I have been doing it seems to be caused by candida since the urinary tests the doctors have preformed have come back clean of bacteria. I just ordered your oxyflush program and was wondering if i need to take any different steps with my condition. I have been told by multiple urologists that this condition is usually a life long battle because the prostate is very difficult to penetrate. any advice would be appreciated.
Prostatitis can have many causes one of which may be linked to excessive yeast or candida overgrowth. Follow the Oxy Flush just as it is outlined in the instructions with no changes.
