Candida FAQ’s

Do I have to follow a specific diet when doing your program?

No. The yeast found in foods is not the same as candida. In fact you don’t eat candida and what you avoid, while perhaps making you feel better, will not eliminate systemic candida. Many people contact our Center after having been on the so-called ‘yeast diets’ for years and every time they go off for even a weekend, their symptoms come back, often stronger than before. We suggest avoiding concentrated sugars and refined white flour carbohydrate foods, as this will make you feel better while going through our program

Can I take my regular supplements while doing this program?

Yes, you should continue taking your supplements and all medication as directed. Simply take these things at a different time of the day from the Oxy Aloe. Since the Oxy Aloe MUST be taken on an empty stomach, perhaps a good time to take everything else would be at meal times.

Do heavy metals cause candida?

No, not directly. Heavy metal toxicity, like many other toxins, can, over time, depress the immune system. Once the immune system is depressed, the candida can further affect immune function, leading to repeated opportunistic infections and greater fatigue.

Can candida damage my thyroid gland?

NO! There is no evidence whatsoever that systemic candida can adversely affect the thyroid gland. That having been said keep in mind that the longer you have systemic candida, the more it can affect many bodily functions. If these problems are caused by candida, they will right themselves as the yeast organisms are eliminated.

Can probiotics cure candida?

No, probiotics are extremely effective in preventing candida overgrowth as these organisms control the multiplication of the candida in the intestines. Once the candida becomes systemic however, probiotics have little or no effect on the candida. We use probiotics to re-implant healthy bacteria once the Oxy Flush is been completed.

Can you die from systemic candida overgrowth?

There is no known record of anyone dieing from systemic candida, however many long-term sufferers often wish they might! Systemic candida will not however, disappear by itself. It will linger on and on, most often increasing the severity of symptoms to the point of near incapacitation. This is why the problem should be addressed and eliminated with due haste.
