How to lose belly fat and candida

In spite of the fact that so-called spot reducing is both impossible and a myth people continue to strive to accomplish this. One of the areas that most people like to focus on is the midsection or abdomen. Loose belly fat is both unattractive and to an excess, unhealthy so it is understandable that people would want to take steps to reduce that. Unfortunately, you cannot spot reduce so when you go on a weight management or weight loss program you will lose weight from head to toe. Obviously if the majority of your excess weight is around your midsection that will be reduced as well but because of the volume of fat cells it can and often will take longer.

People with candida overgrowth oftentimes have a weight problem. This is because of the effect the candida organism has on the metabolism of the body. When the yeast organism proliferates throughout the body, over time it slows the metabolism as well as creating excess toxins. Both of these situations can greatly reduce the body’s ability to lose weight and belly fat. If we have someone who has tested positive on our evaluation for systemic yeast overgrowth we almost always address the candida organism problem first before any dietary recommendations are given.

Once we get the yeast under control the body will be in a much better position to begin to lose weight effectively. A body cleanse or candida cleanse is accomplished through a process in which the oxygen level of the body and soft tissues are increased. We have discovered that this oxygenation is the best way to treat candida. Liquid Oxygen Supplements are many but it is important to ensure that the product you are using actually increases oxygen levels because many of them do not. Dr. Oz Debunks Hydrogen Peroxide

On a recent Dr. Oz episode there was a discussion about the dangers of hydrogen peroxide. It was cited that ingesting hydrogen peroxide can be extremely dangerous, causing burning, irritation, and even ulceration of tissues. Here at our research center we could not agree more. The use of pure hydrogen peroxide, even diluted in water, can pose potentially serious risks. It is for this reason that we developed a buffered oral oxygen system that is both safe and effective to use. When pure hydrogen peroxide is ingested it disassociates forming oxygen and water it does so extremely rapidly in less than 30 seconds in most cases. It is this rapid activity that can cause irritation and burning of delicate tissues. By buffering the oxygen we have slowed the disassociation time down to where instead of 30 seconds it now takes 30 minutes for absorption and breakdown. This not only provides a safe and gentle formula but because of the slower release, greater oxygen potential may be absorbed.

It was also discussed that even using hydrogen peroxide on a cut or skin wound may not be a good idea for similar reasons. We tend to disagree with this viewpoint because hydrogen peroxide has been used safely as a disinfectant for many years. Other benefits of oxygenating the body include the elimination of anaerobic organisms such as candida or human yeast. A body cleanse or a parasite cleanse for humans can bring about increased energy and well-being. Yeast infections both local and systemic are very common and almost epidemic. For this reason millions of people seek yeast infection relief. The most effective Candida cleanse or Candida treatment for yeast infection relief would include oral oxygen supplements designed to be safe and effective. Fibromyalgia Symptoms

Fibromyalgia has become a very popular disorder in the last 20 years or so. In an effort to find relief from this disorder people have tried such things as the fibromyalgia diet and other natural remedies for fibromyalgia. Unfortunately most of these efforts have been unable to bring satisfactory relief to the sufferer. Herbal remedies for fibromyalgia seem to show some promise. Here at our research center we have been working with fibromyalgia sufferers for quite a long time and in virtually every instance we have found that the individuals suffering from fibromyalgia are also highly toxic, with many toxins built up in the soft tissues of their body. We believe that it is this toxic buildup that sets the stage for the rather strange and often debilitating pain and discomfort these individuals experience.

Fibromyalgia pain relief therefore must focus around the detoxification of the body. We can accomplish this in individuals. Firstly we use our liquid oxygen supplement because when you increase the oxygen level of the soft tissues of the body toxins are denatured and subsequently eliminated. Next we address the toxins of the liver, kidneys, bowel, bladder, and colon, the organs of elimination. We do this with a select herbal supplement that increase the elimination of toxins within the liver and the kidneys.

Fibromyalgia pain can be anything from mild to debilitating and in almost every instance when we detoxified the individual their pain level was reduced by 50% or more. In some cases there discomfort was eliminated altogether. Since fibromyalgia is an individual situation, depending on the body’s reaction to these excess toxins, we have concluded that the best way to address fibromyalgia is to build a detoxification program for each person individually. This service is available through our research Institute. Simply contact us for recommendations at 1-888-454-8464. Yeast Infection Apple Cider Vinegar

When discussing candida or human yeast overgrowth invariably the topic of apple cider vinegar comes up. Apple cider vinegar or in fact any vinegar is highly acidic, making it beneficial to the stomach and overall digestion. This increased acid can help to address yeast overgrowth in the digestive system, but has very little effect on candida albicans if and when it becomes systemic throughout the body. Organic apple cider vinegar has been around for a long, long time. Unfortunately, marketers have attributed all sorts of benefits to this simple substance that it simply cannot deliver. Raw apple cider vinegar certainly aids the digestive system and can help to prevent such things as indigestion heartburn and acid reflux.

By acidifying the stomach the body is set up for better digestion of all foods including proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. When it comes to yeast overgrowth or candida however, there is little or no benefit once the yeast organism escapes the digestive system enters the bloodstream and eventually becomes systemic in outlying areas of the body such as soft tissues, organs, and muscle tissue. This is not to say that raw or organic apple cider vinegar is of no benefit because it certainly is to your digestive system. We deal with people every day who have systemic yeast overgrowth or candida and many of them have tried using apple cider vinegar with little or no result.

This is because their yeast overgrowth has become systemic throughout their body and what affects the digestive system even beneficially, will do little or nothing outside in outlying areas and soft tissues. You can order LiquiDaily Oxy Aloe Oral Detox, that can increase the oxygen potential to the cells of the body. By doing so on a regular basis, we can create an environment that is far less friendly to the overgrowth of candida other yeasts and even other pathogens, which are often more commonplace with the diabetic. Diabetic Yeast Infection home Remedies

Since the candida organism is naturally present in all human beings, we all have the potential of a yeast overgrowth. The most common causes for yeast overgrowth and potential systemic candidiasis include overuse of antibiotics, birth control medications, steroid drugs, immunosuppressant drugs, and sexual transmission. In the case of those suffering from diabetes, their chemistry can make them more susceptible to yeast overgrowth. Excess blood sugar provides an ideal environment for systemic yeast proliferation. Excess insulin, which is often the case with type II diabetes, causes a highly inflammatory environment, which can set the individual up for a host of problems including excess yeast overgrowth.

For this reason we feel it is highly beneficial to provide support for the body in ways that will assist in helping to prevent and control yeast overgrowth. The first line of defense against the situation would be to ensure that your digestive system is naturally acidic. Most people over the age of 40 or even 50 have lost the ability to properly acidify foods and minerals due to a lack of stomach acid. This lack of acid produces all the classic symptoms of indigestion that so many experience. Taking antacids certainly temporarily solves these digestive problems but in the long run makes them far worse. Destroying natural stomach acid with antacids is an invitation for further candida overgrowth. Due to the higher incidence of yeast infections in those with diabetes, we often recommend not only a good digestive support formula but also a supplement, that can increase the oxygen potential to the cells of the body. By doing so on a regular basis, we can create an environment that is far less friendly to the overgrowth of candida other yeasts and even other pathogens, which are often more commonplace with the diabetic. Beauty from oxygen

When we think of things that help to enhance our external beauty we often think of skin creams lotions and of course make up but since beauty comes from within and is a reflection of internal wellness; detoxification of the body is extremely important. Since your skin is the largest organ in your body and it is responsible for a great deal of detoxification through perspiration and other activities, it can be a reflection of the internal state of being. Increasing the oxygen of the interior of the body accelerates detoxification from a wide variety of substances. This can be seen for example, with athletes who specialize in endurance training.

Their skin is often near-perfect blemish free and has a great tone. This is because of the increased oxygen to the interior of the body through such physical activity. For those of us who cannot or do not exercise at that level we can increase the oxygen level of the body through oral oxygen supplementation. Using an oxygenated aloe vera formula, we can increase the oxygen of the body and over time it can be reflected in the quality and tone of the skin. Skin Yeast Infection Treatment

When we talk about localized yeast or candida infections we are most often talking about vaginal yeast infections in women. This is not to say that men do not get similar situations which are often referred to as jock itch, but the most prevalent certainly are vaginal yeast infections in women. As part of achieving women’s vitality, the proper diet support supplements as well as healthy aging supplements, stress supplements, and those for energy and metabolism, certainly all should be considered.

But even with this dietary support many women often experience vaginal yeast infections and even skin yeast infection. The best vitamins for women, while offering many, many benefits, will likely not address yeast infections. Currently, the topical medication known as Monistat is being promoted as an ideal cure for vaginal yeast infections. In fact, their slogan “Monistat get cured”, is the basis of their current promotion. These preparations, used locally, are often very helpful in clearing up localized vaginal yeast infections. The question and problem that can arise however, is what do we do when these pesky yeast infections return repeatedly over and over again? When this occurs it is a sign that either the individual has become resistant to the active ingredients in the Monistat, or the yeast infection is far more widespread and perhaps has even become systemic in nature. When this occurs the yeast organisms can migrate from other parts of the body and repeatedly cause vaginal infections. When this occurs we look to various body cleanses to achieve yeast infection relief.

Oftentimes we turn to the so-called candida cleansing diets, which usually produce minimal results. The best Candida Cleansing whether the problem is local or systemic, often involves the use of oxygen enhancing supplements. Since the candida organism, no matter where it’s located, is primarily anaerobic in nature, enhancing or increasing the oxygen level of the soft tissues of the body has proven to be extremely effective in arresting yeast overgrowth. Once the yeast is brought under control, either with the “Monistat get cured”, or in more stubborn cases oxygen donating supplements, a good probiotic, which helps to maintain control over yeast organisms, is ideal as well.

The best probiotic is one that provides not only the probiotic factors but also the prebiotic factors that the body can use to manufacture and grow its own beneficial bacteria. The best probiotics for women would include both of these factors in one delivery system. We often hear about colon cleansing and the benefits from doing so, but unless you re-implant the healthy bacteria, repeated cleanses can actually be detrimental. Other intestinal health supplements would also include either a diet high in fiber or the use of fiber supplements. As you can see there are many more factors to addressing even localized vaginal yeast infections. The “Monistat get cured” option is certainly viable but if you continue to experience repeated vaginal yeast infections it might be a good idea to consult a nutritional consultant and/or your physician to look deeper into what may be occurring. Apple Cider Vinegar Gut Flora

Apple Cider Vinegar Gut Flora seems to become the latest craze. It has joined the long, long line of natural products and nutrients that marketing people have managed to make superhuman in their abilities. That does not mean that Apple cider vinegar has no value because it certainly does. In order to understand the benefits of apple cider vinegar versus the-marketing, we merely have to look at what Apple cider vinegar does when you ingest it. Since all vinegars are highly acidic it stands to reason that when we consume them we will be increasing the acid and decreasing the pH of the stomach. This is exactly where the benefit of apple cider vinegar and in fact any vinegar possesses. The stomach is a naturally acidic organ. Its primary purpose is to break down proteins into individual amino acids for absorption at the cellular level. In addition, the acidifying nature of the stomach also assists in making major minerals like calcium magnesium and others more bioavailable to the rest of the body. Any process within the body that relies on acidification of minerals or the breakdown of proteins would indirectly benefit from the consumption of vinegar.

The reason why Apple cider vinegar is most popular, and by the way it has been in and out of vogue for the last 50 years, is because it is gentle and less harsh to consume. So with this picture in mind, what other possible benefits would acidifying the stomach with apple cider vinegar provide? Certainly by making major minerals more available it would indirectly help to prevent bone loss and osteoporosis. Because of the ability of the stomach to break down and assimilate proteins apple cider vinegar would contribute to that process, helping to improve collagen proteins and overall skin tone. Hopefully you can now see that Apple cider vinegar certainly has its place in our American diet, which is almost exclusively alkaline in nature due to over processing of foods and other issues. Hopefully you can also see that much of the apple cider vinegar craze is nothing more than marketing hype, and will eventually be replaced by the next wonder substance that the marketing people choose to grab hold of. You can accomplish the same thing as consuming apple cider vinegar but much, much more through the use of a Maximum Diestive Enzyme. These formulas should provide betaine hydrochloride to stimulate stomach acid as well as the raw materials necessary to be able to manufacture key enzymes so that the digestive system may easily digest not only proteins but carbohydrates and address the emulsification of fats. Apple Cider Vinegar and Candida

Candida albicans is a naturally occurring yeast found in the intestinal track of all human beings. While its function is still virtually unknown, we do know that from that point of view it is quite natural. Is there some manner in which apple cider vinegar might help to control or prevent this organism from over growing and causing other problems? The answer is yes and no. If the candida overgrowth is still confined to the digestive track, stomach, intestines, etc., then acidifying the digestive system with such things as apple cider vinegar would likely prove beneficial in helping to control the organism. Should the candida however, escape the digestive area and began to proliferate in the soft tissues of the rest of the body, acidifying the body with apple cider vinegar or anything else would likely prove to be relatively useless. This is because the acidification can only take place in the digestive system. In spite of what you might have read and what you may have heard, you cannot acidify or alkalize the human body.

To do so would create a condition called metabolic acidosis or metabolic alkalosis, both of which are fatal in a very short period of time. The body has many mechanisms designed to maintain a relatively neutral pH of the tissues of the body because this is so vital to your life. Consuming such things as alkaline water, alkaline foods, sodium bicarbonate, and other so-called alkalizing substances is only beneficial to detoxifying the digestive system. You cannot acidify or alkalize the soft tissues and other organs of the body. You can see now the role that such acid foods as apple cider vinegar may play in helping to manage digestive candida overgrowth. In fact, by keeping the stomach in its natural healthy acidic state, you create an environment that not only helps to control candida but likely a wide variety of other pathogens that are unable to survive in a highly acidic environment of the stomach. Diabetes Candida Albicans

Many researchers have observed a significant increase in both localized and systemic yeast infections in those people suffering from diabetes. The reason for this is likely a bit complex, but accepting the reality of this increased tendency, we can take steps to address this problem and help prevent this condition from arising. First and foremost controlling diabetes through addressing excess blood sugar as well as excess insulin production should be the first step.

Achieving these things however, is often challenging for many people suffering from the disease. It requires strict diet, regular exercise, and in many cases medications. From the candida point of view, we can address the frequency issue by means of cellular detoxification. This is easiest done by increasing the oxygen available to the body either through increased exercise or the use of oxygen donating supplements. Used on a regular basis, these supplements have proven to help address the overgrowth of candida or systemic yeast, making the diabetic far less likely to develop a yeast overgrowth issue. In addition to the use of oxygen donating supplements, using a good digestive support formula will also help since many diabetics suffer from a wide variety of digestive disturbances such as bloating, feelings of fullness, excess gas, heartburn, and even acid reflux.

By increasing the body’s efficiency during the digestive process, we can also help to control candida overgrowth in the intestines. This is important because if left unchecked, the yeast can explosively multiply and eventually spread to the soft tissues of the body, making the condition far more difficult to manage. The good news is that oxygen donating supplements can be beneficial even if the yeast overgrowth has become systemic because oxygen reaches every cell of the body and has a controlling effect upon anaerobic organisms such as Candida Albicans.
