Candida Diet

Dr. Whiting Eliminating Systemic Candida and Yeast Infections

The most common causes of systemic yeast overgrowth include the use and abuse of antibiotics for such things as acne, staph infections and other bacterial problems. These conditions often require prolonged antibiotic use and the longer this goes on the more likely they will cause a candida explosion. Steroid drugs are also a major problem as they also suppress healthy bacteria allowing the candida to explosively multiply. Localized yeast infections can be transmitted sexually from person to person as well. If left unchecked, these local issues have the ability to become systemic over time.
