Yeast Infection Apple Cider Vinegar

When discussing candida or human yeast overgrowth invariably the topic of apple cider vinegar comes up. Apple cider vinegar or in fact any vinegar is highly acidic, making it beneficial to the stomach and overall digestion. This increased acid can help to address yeast overgrowth in the digestive system, but has very little effect on candida albicans if and when it becomes systemic throughout the body. Organic apple cider vinegar has been around for a long, long time. Unfortunately, marketers have attributed all sorts of benefits to this simple substance that it simply cannot deliver. Raw apple cider vinegar certainly aids the digestive system and can help to prevent such things as indigestion heartburn and acid reflux.

By acidifying the stomach the body is set up for better digestion of all foods including proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. When it comes to yeast overgrowth or candida however, there is little or no benefit once the yeast organism escapes the digestive system enters the bloodstream and eventually becomes systemic in outlying areas of the body such as soft tissues, organs, and muscle tissue. This is not to say that raw or organic apple cider vinegar is of no benefit because it certainly is to your digestive system. We deal with people every day who have systemic yeast overgrowth or candida and many of them have tried using apple cider vinegar with little or no result.

This is because their yeast overgrowth has become systemic throughout their body and what affects the digestive system even beneficially, will do little or nothing outside in outlying areas and soft tissues. You can order LiquiDaily Oxy Aloe Oral Detox, that can increase the oxygen potential to the cells of the body. The use of organic apple cider vinegar has many health benefits but in the case of widespread candida overgrowth it can offer very little effectiveness.
